The Problem

Small business owners found the existing dashboard overwhelming. Key metrics were buried, and common actions required too many steps.

Reduce cognitive load, surface the most important metrics first, and enable key actions within two clicks.

Role & Responsibilities

Owned the full redesign process including stakeholder interviews, competitive analysis, information architecture, wireframing, and visual design.

Process

Analyzed usage data to identify the most-used features. Conducted card sorting with 15 users to restructure the information architecture. Created low-fidelity wireframes and validated with 6 usability tests.
